A few drinks here and there and I had a good time. I paced myself and never got to a point where I couldn't control my bike. It's not everyone's scene. Neither is racing. Neither is commuting. It takes all types. That said I'd expect the cops to pull over a drunk cyclist and issue an OWI just like they would a car.
